The body is our home. It is the structure that allows us to feel safe and show up in the world.

When there is limited function due to internal or external stress our physical body is impacted. You might feel this manifest within your body as fatigue, stress, impatience, aches and pains, or being easily overstimulated. These sessions can be greatly beneficial if you’re committed to taking steps towards a kinder and receptive way of caring for your mind/body. I do not use a “no pain, no gain” approach with the body, instead I encourage listening and finding a path of ease.

In these busy times it can become second nature to focus on the doing in our lives and bypass important messages that our body may offer along the way. My intention is to help you create space to slow down and in a safe space address any signals before they become disruptive to your life.
