Modalities used: reiki, chakra balance, shamanic healing, breathwork, inner child work, esoteric acupressure, sound bath, and intuitive and oracle reading. In person/virtual. $100 hr

INTEGRATIVE HEALING - therapeutic MASSAGE & ENERGY WORK

This includes focused bodywork and reiki to promote a relaxing and complete healing experience for mind, body, and spirit. May include reiki, chakra balancing, cupping, breathwork, and intuitive reading as needed. In person only. $120 hr

This breathwork practice is an active meditation and a catalyst for transformation of limiting beliefs, stuck energy, and connection to Source. The practice is held in sacred space with shamanic and intuitive guidance. This allows for a deeper sense of peace, connection to self and others, and a more intimate connection with your own intuition.
