ENERGY HEALING & INTUITIVE SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE

Every session is a co-created process that begins with a heart talk (platica) to understand your intention for our work together. Often times people don’t have clarity on what they are seeking but simply feel “off” or tired - tired of situations, patterns, or the weight of the world. You don’t have to figure it out alone.

The Energy Healing sessions sessions are recommended for depletion, overwhelm, general cleansing and clarity, energy “tune up”, and calling in peace. These sessions are recommended for balance and present moment issues.

They can include:

  • Healing Breathwork

  • Reiki Energy and Chakra Clearing & Balancing

  • Oracle & Intuitive Reading

  • Crystals & Essential Oils

  • Esoteric Acupuncture (Reiki activated acupressure, no needles)

Intuitive Spiritual Guidance includes energy work but is better suited for issues relating to recurring patterns, life transitions, or big future changes. We will go deeper and includes additional support such as:

  • Jungian Coaching: shadow work, emotional integration, active imagination exercises

  • 4 Chamber Soul Retrieval

  • Inner Child Work

  • Sound Healing

  • Esoteric Acupuncture (Reiki activated acupressure, no needles)

Generally more than one session is recommended for lasting transformational results. However, you can schedule them as you need.
