5 Elements MentoriNG Series

This 5 week immersion series focuses on a different element each session and includes a guidebook to help support your practice and (5) remote one hour energy healing sessions to help you deeply connect and embody each element. These sessions are initiations on your journey and will be your teachers in the awakening process. Total investment $600.

INTEGRATIVE HEALING - therapeutic MASSAGE & ENERGY WORK

This includes focused bodywork and reiki to promote a relaxing and complete healing experience for mind, body, and spirit. May include reiki, chakra balancing, cupping, breathwork, and intuitive reading as needed. In person only.

Despacho blessing ceremony

A sacred gift offering in the tradition of the Q’ero pacos (shamans) to give thanks and ask Spirit for it’s blessings in your life. This is an intentional way to create what you want by leading with gratitude and being in reciprocity. A beautiful way to welcome a new family member, bless a home, call in a partner/honor partnership, acknowledging new phases and transitions including death, and continuing to deepen connection with Source. Available virtually and in your home.

This is a journey guided in ceremony to bring in intimacy, healing, and transformation. A great option for couples who are going through hard patches and want to nurture the relationship and themselves. Also a lovely way to support friends and family by re-bonding through healing.

This breathwork practice is an active meditation and a catalyst for transformation of limiting beliefs, stuck energy, and connection to Source. The practice is held in sacred space with shamanic and intuitive guidance. This allows for a deeper sense of peace, connection to self and others, and a more intimate connection with your own intuition.
