Marisol Rascon / Sol Integrative Healing
My interest in the healing arts started at a very young age. One of my favorite memories was picking dandelions and other flowers in the yard, mixing them into bottles with ingredients I would scavenge from the kitchen, and creating "healing concoctions". I also remember when I learned that if I was quiet there was a gentle voice with comforting answers. I would stare at the moon from the back passenger seat on late night drives and be comforted in a deep sense of connection because I knew she was always with me, even when I'd lose sight of her.
We all know about those healing moments because they come naturally to all of us...because we are part of nature. It is when we start forgetting the importance of our relationship to the world around us that an eventual disconnect within ourselves starts to happen. That separation creates disharmony in the rich healing soil of our bodies and mind.
I come from a lineage of female healers and intuitives which secretly influenced my path in the healing arts. I began my exploration in 2001 when I completed massage therapy training and have been practicing since. I have studied multiple massage modalities, energetic practices, shamanism, craniosacral therapy, eastern healing traditions, kundalini yoga, and ayurvedic lifestyle counseling. I am a mother, a friend, activist, teacher, business owner, creative diy-er, and an advocate for your own innate healer.
I have worked at boutique spas, chiropractic offices, and in private practice. I see clients with a range of concerns from pain management to spiritual development. I co-own Golden Sol Yoga & Wellness Center and volunteer regularly at the Downtown Women's Center. I am blessed and grateful to share healing with the community.
It is my mission is to help alleviate the inevitable discomforts that arise from being a householder in our modern fast world so that you can have more time to enjoy your life's pleasures. I look forward to hearing from you and wish you the very best on your journey.
All love surround you,
